Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or submitting any application or inquiry. By accessing our Site, submitting a funding application, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.
1. About The Confident Broker
The Confident Broker, LLC is a commercial finance brokerage. We connect small business owners with funding options through our network of lender and bank partners. We are not a bank, credit union, or direct lender. We do not make credit decisions, extend credit, or guarantee the availability of any funding product to any applicant.
Our role is to evaluate your business information, identify appropriate funding programs, and submit your application to lenders and funding partners on your behalf. All final credit decisions are made solely by the lender or funding partner, not by The Confident Broker.
2. Eligibility

You are at least 18 years of age.

-
All information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
-
You have the authority to authorize the credit inquiries and data sharing described in our application authorization language and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to decline to process any application or inquiry at our sole discretion.
3. Our Services

Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to the submission of your application to any funding partner.
4. No Guarantee of Funding
Nothing on our Site, in our marketing materials, in our blog content, or in any communication from The Confident Broker constitutes a guarantee, promise, or representation that your application will be approved or that funding will be made available to you.
Approval decisions are made entirely by the lender or funding partner to whom your application is submitted. Approval is subject to each lender's underwriting criteria, which may include but is not limited to credit score, time in business, monthly revenue, industry type, geographic location, and existing debt obligations.
The Confident Broker makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, terms, rates, or conditions of any funding product.

-
Acknowledge that submission of an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any specific funding product.
The specific terms governing your authorization are set forth in the application agreement you sign as part of the application process. Those terms govern the use of your financial information and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
