Business Line of Credit
Flexible revolving credit you draw from as needed and repay on your schedule.
A business line of credit gives your company access to a set pool of funds you can draw from at any time, repay, and borrow again. This is similar to a credit card but with higher limits and lower rates. It is ideal for managing cash flow gaps, covering payroll during slow seasons, purchasing inventory ahead of demand, or handling unexpected expenses without disrupting operations. Interest accrues only on the amount drawn, not the full credit limit, making it one of the most cost-efficient tools for businesses with variable or seasonal revenue. Lines typically range from $10,000 to $500,000 and can be secured or unsecured depending on the borrower's profile.
Example
A landscaping company opens a $75,000 line of credit ahead of spring. In March they draw $40,000 to hire seasonal crew and purchase equipment. By June, strong revenue allows them to repay the full $40,000. The line resets — funds are available again for the fall cleanup season with no reapplication required.
